Designed to effectively replace gym exercises, these Flexband® based exercises target every big muscle group in the body and can be very challenging even to very strong athletes. Working with Flexband® is very different from working elastic tubing for several reasons:
- Flexbands® will not snap in your face like elastic tubing as they are composed of multiple layers of rubber (as opposed to one layer). This also means they last years as opposed to weeks or months.
- Flexbands® are flat and circular (as opposed to round and linear) which means they don’t slide off the body and can be safely anchored to any object to perform any exercise.
- Flexbands® are wide which means they are comfortable to wear on the body and do not cut off circulation.
- Flexbands® can be used by people of all sizes comfortably as the handles are not fixed and enable the user to adjust band length.
- Flexbands® come in seven resistance levels providing resistances that range from 5 LBS (JS Micro Band) to 200 LBS (Monster band); no tubing product can do that.
- Flexbands® are packable and light, they fit into any bag.
- Flexbands® are versatile. The same gear you use at home or in a hotel room to perform band only exercises can then be used in the gym or on the field for literally hundred’s of exercises and drills.
